What's covered in each serving?
We have selected mustard, broccoli, bok choy and red cabbage specifically to provide a broad range of vitamins and minerals. All microgreens are packed with concentrated nutrients, and are a great source of polyphenols and bioactive compounds which have antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory properties. They contain 10-20x the amount of these benefits than the same quantity of their mature counterpart vegetables.
